Before your first appointment, we encourage you to complete the necessary paperwork beforehand. If you need help or can’t do it in advance, arrive ten minutes early—we’ll be happy to help and answer any questions you might have.
Your provider will then discuss any treatments, services, or products that will target your concerns and work with you to develop a potential treatment plan. Specific concerns will be addressed during appointments.
